Welcome to Tsada Yoga - a uniquely beautiful space located conveniently just minutes south of downtown Dallas. Since January 2003, Tsada has organically grown into a warm and welcoming yoga community complete with creative, talented, nurturing teachers and a delightfully diverse clientele. From its' home on the 7th floor of the South Side on Lamar loft community, Tsada enjoys a panoramic view of the Trinity River greenscape and beautiful natural light. Fifteen different hues adorn the studio walls creating a sense of joy and serenity, easing stress and promoting physical health and spiritual well-being - all before you've even begun to breathe and move and OM!
Tsada offers an eclectic mix of fun and fundamentally strong yoga. Enjoy our wide range of class offerings - Yogua Dao, Multi-Sculpt, Sloga, STR8-FLOW, Tsada Flow, Sunset Yoga, Wake Up Flow & Go and Super Flow - that provides an integrative menu of power, restorative and vinyasa yoga, along with a yoga-fusion flow incorporating Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Bua Gua, Kung Fu and other global healing bodywork techniques.
Tsada Yoga is perhaps best known for its' weekly Yoga Underground -
a socially conscious and community oriented class created to cultivate
healing energies and vitality uniting each of us with Mother Nature and
each other. Fun, exciting and unconventional, Yoga Underground
flows by donation at various indoor and outdoor locations often
accompanied by live percussionists, musicians or followed by an
inspiring film or a shared potluck.
Tsada regularly hosts rising yoga stars - dynamic, passionate, compassionate and knowledgeable teachers - for weekend workshops and special events. And our YOGA CURES raises funds for local and global causes.
Tsada's home, South Side on Lamar, is a historic landmark that emerged from the closing of the renowned 'Sears building'. Built in 1910, the building's historic character continues to resonate - most noticeably with its' fluted concrete columns, original hardwood floors, exposed red brick walls and ceilings. As a 'mixed-use mixed-income blend of retail, corporate and residential tenants', South Side on Lamar provides an unusual backdrop for a challenging, peaceful and satisfying urban yoga experience.
