ADVANCED YOGUA DAO DETOX ~~~ 7 DAY PLAN!
(A prelude to TSADA’S upcoming BOOT CAMP!)

Friday (June 6th)
Your Yogaunderground Yogua Dao Detox Flow happened Sunday (June 1st)
~ 6 to 8:30 PM at Tsada
Hello all you
yoga enthusiasts ~
This is the
moment advanced yogis have been waiting for! This Sunday, we’re doing an
advanced flow ~ a class specifically for those who practice yoga regularly
or anyone who lives an active, healthy lifestyle. Why? This flow will
purge your system of toxins and will cultivate higher energy and spirit.
So no beginners or intermediates please! This class will be
exhilaratingly challenging and you will sweat buckets of toxins out of
your system. The studio will be heated and we will use specific essential
oils and aromatherapy. The first sequence will be infused with the
stimulating scents of peppermint and ylang-ylang, the second with
frankincense and sandalwood, and the final decompression stretch with
lavender and jasmine. Because this series is for detoxification, we will
be using essential, 100% pure oils ~ proven to boost your immune system
and to help you de-stress.
This flow will
not focus so much on time as it does on healing! We will be working the
body in a very challenging manner and holding stretches long enough to get
maximum benefits. Even though the class lasts 2 and ½ hours, it will seem
much shorter due to the sequencing. We will flow like never before due to
the structure of the class and the jedi-yogis involved.
Remember… as always, take breaks many times…anytime!!
(For those who are not able to stay for the full class,
know that you can leave when you need!)
We will flow,
flow and flow some more. We will burn tons of calories, open up all of
your joints, sweat out a multitude of toxins and then enjoy a thorough
deep decompression stretch. This will NOT be a ‘survival of the
fittest’ class. The sequencing of the asanas will induce a Samadhi trance
state. The asanas, the mantras and the pranayama techniques will take you
to a zone very few have entered. This will be a natural high so blissful
that you will ride the wave of this positive energy for days afterwards.
Prior to Sunday’s flow……
# 1 Start hydrating NOW – TODAY!! Drink water, green tea,
pomegranate juice and eat any type of melons.
# 2 Friday AM – Start your day with 16 OZ of water and lemon.
# 3 Friday PM – End your day with 16 OZ of water and lemon.
# 4 For Friday’s lunch or dinner, get your omega-3’s by adding small
portions of salmon, walnuts, olives and sunflower seeds to your meal.
# 5 Saturday 7 AM – drink 24 OZ sea salt & water (1/4 teaspoon sea
salt & room temp or warm water).
# 6 Saturday - As one of your meals, enjoy your
favorite salad.
# 7 Sunday 7 AM – drink 24 OZ sea salt & water (1/4 teaspoon sea salt
& room temp or warm water).
# 8 Eat Sunday’s last meal no later than 4 PM. If necessary,
snack on something small prior to class at 6 PM.
For the next 7 days (FRIDAY to FRIDAY)…….

1 Eat a variety of fruits and veggies, wild rice, grains and/or
natural cereals with soy, rice or almond milk. Eliminate processed sugars
and bread. Consume minimal dairy, coffee and alcohol. Add anti-oxidant
rich foods – blueberries, cherries, coconut, cranberry juice, ginger,
garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, green tea and any other of your
favorite immune boosters!
# 2 Keep your yoga practice consistent.
Specifically about Sunday night’s Detox Flow……..
# 1 Bring your choice of hydrating fluid, a towel and your mat if
you have one.
# 2
Do not invite beginners to this class. It is strictly for those of you
who have stuck with your practice for some time or for those who are fit
and active (remember we offer 13 classes available to beginners and
intermediates throughout the
week!)
# 3 Practice ahimsa (nonviolence to self) ~ take breaks
in the class as you deem necessary.
# 4 Doors locked at 6 PM!
